One dashboard for every client site and side project

See uptime, SSL and domain renewals, deploys, Search Console data, Lighthouse scores and costs for every project you run, in one dashboard. Know a site is down or a certificate is about to expire before your client does.

Works with GitHub, Netlify, Vercel and Google Search Console.

Stop opening twelve tabs to see if your client's site is down

When you run several projects at once, the signals you need are spread across your host, your registrar, GitHub, Search Console, a spreadsheet and your card statement. Something always goes unwatched, and the first you hear of it is your client asking what happened.

  • Registrar

  • Notion
  • “Hi, is the site down?”

Message from your client at 09:12. Their site had been down for 14 minutes. You found out from them.

    Down
  • Your client's SSL certificate expired at 2 a.m.

Their visitors see a full-page browser warning. No email reached you.

    Expired
  • Your client's domain renewal went to an old inbox

The notice went to a previous address and nobody read it. Their site and email are one missed date from vanishing.

    Overdue
  • Which client or project actually pays for itself?

Hosting on one card, domains on another, tools in a spreadsheet. Search Console shows one property at a time.

Uptime and response time monitoring for every site

Add a client site, an API or a side project and see at a glance which ones are healthy, slow or down.

  • Health per project, so a failing check shows where you already look.
  • No checks reads Not monitored, never green.
  • Alerts when something needs you, with the check that failed.

Domain and SSL expiry tracking in one renewal calendar

Certificate and domain dates are read for you and sit next to the tokens, subscriptions and contracts you add by hand.

  • A date that could not be read says Not available, never fine.
  • One list, sorted by what needs action first.

Live release, latest attempt, open pull requests and CI runs from GitHub, Netlify and Vercel, beside the health of the same project.

  • The live release and the latest attempt are two separate facts.
  • Failed builds and failing workflows show up on the project, not in an inbox.

Nobody knows which client or project pays for itself

Track costs and revenue per project

Record what each project costs and earns, import a CSV, and see which ones pay for themselves. Monthly, yearly and one-time entries are counted correctly.

  • Euro by default; other currencies stay separate, never added together.
  • Margin stays Not available until there is revenue, never a misleading zero.
  • Owners and admins only: teammates and clients do not see your numbers.

How it works

Connect, map, see everything

Setup takes minutes, and nothing is installed on your sites.

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Link GitHub, Netlify, Vercel, Google Search Console and PageSpeed. A fine-grained token only sees the repositories you pick.

  2. 2

    Group them by project

Create a project per client site or side project, then map its repository, hosting and search property to it. Add the live address to start uptime checks.

  3. 3

    Open one dashboard

See health, deploys, renewals, SEO and costs for all projects, sorted by what needs attention first. Invite a teammate if you work with one.

Who it is for

Built for freelancers, indie hackers and small founders

  • “I have nine client sites and one inbox.”

    Freelancers with client sites

Keep every client website under watch, hear about downtime and expiring certificates first, and stop depending on renewal emails.

  • “Which side project is even making money?”

    Indie hackers with side projects

See which projects earn, break even or lose money, and which one quietly broke while you built the next.

  • “I need my contractor to see this, not the money.”

    Small founders and teams

Roles for owner, admin, editor and viewer. Costs stay visible to owners and admins only.

Trust

Read-only access and honest data

A dashboard you cannot trust is worse than none. Datumboard only reports what it observed, and says so when it has not.

  • Read-only connections. No deploys, merges, restarts or deletes.
  • Credentials stored encrypted and never shown again after you connect.
  • No data reads Not available, never 0 and never green.
  • Every number shows when it was last observed and from where.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I monitor all my client websites in one place?

Create a project for each client site, add its live address for uptime checks, and map its repository, hosting and Search Console property. The dashboard then shows health, deploys, renewals and SEO for every project on one screen, sorted by what needs attention.

Can it track domain and SSL certificate expiry dates?

Yes. Datumboard reads the certificate date from each site and the registration date from the domain registry. Some country domains do not publish an expiry date; those show Not available and you can add the date by hand. You can also add tokens, subscriptions and contracts to the same calendar.

Which services does it connect to?

GitHub, Netlify, Vercel, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Google Drive and Kubernetes, plus plain HTTP checks for any site or API.

Is it safe to give it access to my accounts?

Credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again. For GitHub you can use a fine-grained token limited to the repositories you choose, with only Metadata, Contents, Pull requests and Actions set to read.

Can I track costs per project?

Yes. Add monthly, yearly, quarterly or one-time costs and revenue to a project, or import a CSV. Datumboard shows the monthly total and the margin once revenue exists. Costs are visible to owners and admins only.

How is this different from an uptime monitor?

An uptime monitor tells you whether a site responds. Datumboard puts that next to deploys, certificate and domain expiry, Search Console, Lighthouse and costs for the same project, so you do not need a different tool for each question.
