Privacy policy
Last updated
This policy explains what personal data Datumboard collects when you visit this website or join the early access list, why we collect it, who handles it and what rights you have. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
Erik Salo Akimov, trading as ESADEX (NIF 02386573R), with address at Calle Castilla la Mancha 2, Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at esa@esadex.com.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the early access list and keep this website secure.
- Your email address, which you give us when you join the early access list.
- The language of the page you used and the dates and times you asked to join and confirmed your address.
- Your IP address, which our servers process briefly to limit abuse such as automated sign-ups. Our hosting provider may also keep it in standard server logs.
- The website address you type into one of the free tools, which is used only to run that check and is not stored. Your IP address is used briefly to limit how many checks one visitor can run.
- Your color theme choice (light or dark), which is stored in your own browser so the page remembers it.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To send you a confirmation message and, once, an email when early access opens, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 21 of Spain's Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To keep the website and the sign-up form secure and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To answer messages you send us, based on our legitimate interest in replying to you.
Confirming your email address
We use a confirmation step. After you enter your address we send one message with a link. Your address is added to the early access list only when you click that link. If you never click it, we do not add you and the link expires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms:
- Resend, which sends our emails and stores the early access contact list.
- Our hosting provider, which serves this website and runs the sign-up service.
Transfers outside your country
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last confirmed contact with us. Unconfirmed requests are not stored. After you unsubscribe we keep only the minimum needed to remember not to email you again.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop its use, or move it to another service. You can withdraw your consent whenever you like with the unsubscribe link in every email. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before. To use these rights write to esa@esadex.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or to the authority of the country where you live.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, signed, time-limited links for confirmation and unsubscribing, limits on repeated requests, and we give providers access only to what they need. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep the amount of data to a minimum.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, tell you by email before it applies.
